1. Function: multi-core wire, high-speed stranding of metal conductors, wire armoring and other pay-off use;
2. Applicable wire: flat core wire, electronic wire and small section BV, RVV, metal conductor, etc.;
3. Feeding line diameter range: Ф1-6mm
4. Tension: 2.5K magnetic powder tension, each head is controlled by an independent tension controller
5. Structure: 120mm national standard channel steel is welded, and the panel is cut from 3mm steel plate. Ensure that the base frame is firm and stable. The height of the base frame can be adjusted according to needs.
6. Line-passing roller: The overall 304 stainless steel seamless tube processing, wear resistance and smoothness have been improved as a whole.
7. Pay-off spool: overall #45 round steel processing, technology: quenching and tempering, blackening.
8. Applicable spools: Ф400mm-Ф500mm and Ф500mm-Ф800 (specific dimensions are based on demand)
