Classification and operation process of single twister

category:Corporate Newsdate:2022-05-30 16:12:49

Single winches are generally divided into three types: vertical single winch, high-speed cantilever single winch and high-speed cantilever single winch. Among them, the high-speed cantilever single winch is composed of three-head power pay-off, double-head belt winding device and single winch main engine.

       technical parameter

The main technical parameters of the single stranding machine include the applicable core wire, the larger outer diameter of the hoist, the pitch range of the hoist, the speed of the hoist, the diameter of the hoist, the power of the hoist, the power of the pay-off, and the tension control.

       Single twister operation content

one. Turn on the power switch and check whether the machine is in a normal startup state.

two. Confirm that the online specification is correct according to the drawing.

three. Pull the core wire from the tension frame guide wheel to the strand ring die, strip the outer layer of PVC, twist the core wire and connect the lead wire, and pull the core wire through the eye die to the rubber shaft.

Four. Set parameters such as stranding distance, stranding direction, wire feeding tension and winding tension according to the drawings.

five. Set the total strand meters and early stop meters according to the order requirements.

six. Start the machine. After passing the inspection, mass production can be carried out.

seven. When the machine is running normally, do a good job of self-checking.

Eight. When lowering the shaft, wrap the twisted core wire in cleaning film, label it and place it in the designated position.

Nine. When packaging the aluminum foil, select the appropriate size and twisting direction according to the engineering drawings, install the same direction on the packaging plate mouth, adjust the appropriate tension, and then contact the core wire with the surface of the conductive aluminum foil.

ten. The speed control of the foil wrapping tape should be balanced with the stranding speed of the core wire.

Precautions for operation of single twister

one. Do not open the cover when the machine is working normally.

two. Do not tie dead knots when wiring. (splicing with cotton thread, pay attention to the splicing direction)

three. When lowering the shaft, the number of sections and sections should be indicated on the label to facilitate the operation of the next process.

Four. Do not press the red emergency stop button when it is not an emergency stop.

       five. Power off after shutdown.

six. When wrapping aluminum foil, the core wire should be completely wrapped with aluminum foil. Under normal circumstances, the overlap rate of aluminum foil is 27%-30%, and the overlap width is 2-4mm (for special models, please refer to the specific requirements of the line card).

seven. The tension of the aluminum foil should be appropriate. If the tension is too high, the aluminum foil is easy to crack. If the tension is too low, the core will not slip tightly.

Eight. The aluminum foil must not be reversed, and the conductive surface (white bright surface, tested as conductive with a multimeter) must cover the core wire and the ground wire.

Nine. The ground wire should not be wrapped in the middle of the core wire, but should be wrapped around the side of the entire core wire to contact the conductive surface of the aluminum foil.

ten. If an abnormality is found in production and cannot be solved by itself, it should be stopped immediately and reported to the foreman or technician for processing.

eleven. When installing the threaded hole die, pay attention that the size of the strand core wire should not be too tight. To prevent scratching the core wire.

twelve. When the tension is adjusted correctly (too tight), it will cause the inner core to stretch while the outer sheath is intact.
