It is necessary to wear gloves when working, which can prevent the workpiece from burning our fingers and avoid affecting the quality of the product. Before starting the machine, we need to check the air supply of the equipment to see if there is any air leakage and water accumulation. To correctly install the abrasive belt of the active pay-off machine, it is also necessary to test the lubrication level of the lifting screws of the upper and lower shafts, and make sure that there is no one on the discharge before starting the machine.
When the equipment is turned on, we need to check the swing range of the abrasive belt. If there is any abnormal situation, we should stop it immediately for repair. It is not allowed to start the automatic pay-off machine and the dust collection fan together, and it is not allowed for our operators to leave their jobs at will after the machine is turned on. If it is said that two people are working, then the operators at the back cannot face the exit of the active pay-off machine to prevent the workpiece from flying out and hitting people.
If there is an abnormal situation in the equipment during operation, we must immediately shut down and cut off the power to avoid escalating the problem. When the equipment is being inspected, the general power supply should be turned off, and no work should be performed to prevent accidents.
