The principle of the active pay-off machine:
The electric power is provided to drive the spool to rotate, and the motor speed is changed in real time according to the tension frame to achieve the requirement of constant tension.
When the take-up speed is accelerated, the pay-off speed is also rapidly accelerated along with the take-up speed; when the take-up speed is decelerated, the pay-off speed is also slowed down with the take-up speed; when it runs steadily at a certain speed, the tension pendulum of the pay-off frame should be stable. ; When there is loose wire and broken wire, it is required that the pay-off reel can be automatically reversed.

1) Structural type: shaftless structure, the upper and lower frames are welded by 120-type square tubes and A3 steel plates;
